Been with Hapo for 15+ years. This app does everything I need and making new sub accounts helps with saving and prioritizing finances. It has maintenence scheduled every so often but they let you know on the home page. It's usually at night. I don't do wire transfers so I can't attest to that side of the app, nor do I use it for bill pay. I have heard it's good though.

It's just ok, a ported down version of a mobile browser. Doesn't let you link external accounts as it fails to process imbedded pages. It can't handle simple account actions without placing my profile 'on hold' and forcing me to call on the phone. Also pretty sketchy that the developer contact is some random Gmail address, which is super suspicious.

I have banked with Hapo for 7 years and I absolutely love the service they provide. Transfering money, balance reflection, getting a hold of support, and bill pay is super fast and easy. I definitely recommend them! The only thing that I would change with them is the locking your card incase it got lost or stolen. You have to download an app in order to lock your card. If they made that apart of the app it would be top notch!
